For this project, we cleaned, prepped, sealed, and striped an industrial parking lot in Springfield, KY.

At Toyotomi America in Springfield, we completed a large-scale parking lot refresh by patching some potholes, thoroughly cleaning the surface, applying fresh sealcoat, and restriping the lot, totaling 180,000+ sq ft as part of their 25th anniversary preparation. The finished product came out clean, sharp, and professional, and the Toyotomi team was extremely pleased with how it turned out. Seeing their reaction to the final results made the whole project worth it, and we were proud to help them celebrate a major milestone with a parking lot that looks as good as the facility it serves. While working on Toyotomi America’s parking lot in Springfield, we ran into a few challenges that required extra time and attention to detail. There was heavy overgrowth packed around the bump stops that had to be cleared out, along with lots of surface debris and oil staining that demanded more prep than a typical job. The lot also showed significant traffic wear, and in several areas the grime was stubborn enough that standard cleaning wasn’t going to cut it. To make sure the sealcoat bonded the way it should, we treated the problem spots with a specialized degreaser and followed up with high-powered pressure washing to get the surface truly ready. Since the facility remained open during the project, we also blocked off sections and actively monitored traffic throughout the day to keep drivers and our crew safe. Even with those obstacles, our team took the time to prep it the right way, and it paid off with a clean, high-quality sealcoat and crisp line striping that gave the lot a sharp, professional look and a finish built to hold up.
